I modified a photo using my trial version of CS6 and want to order a print of it from Snapfish to make a comparison. When I try to upload it to Snapfish, it does not recognize the photo, saying it is a corrupted file. Is this because I am using a trial version? Or will this always happen with a photo modified in CS6?
Did you by chance save the file as a .jpg file or did you let it default to .psd file after you edited it in Photoshop? Snapfish will not be able to handle .psd (photoshop) files.
I did not save as .jpg. Can I resave it, or do I have to go back to the
You can use in Photoshop or Elements to open the psd file (the photo that you edited and saved in a .psd file) and choose to save it as a .jpg file.
