I have paid for my Creative Cloud subscription and verified my account. When opening AAM the programmes are listed, however when I click install the download fails saying that the installation has failed as the download may be corrupted -60. This is the same for each programme. Why is this? Can any body help me, I am a windows 7 user.
Talsteohenson93 if you are on a managed network then please work with your I.T. department to ensure that the Adobe Application Manager/PDApp.exe has proper access to the Internet.
