Are you selecting the app? Your app should be hi lighted when you select it and then the delete button show be active which would allow you to delete your app.

DPS Single Edition customers need to contact Technical support for this. I Saw that you have already contacted support fopr this.
Meanwhile, Since you have rebuilt your Mobile provisioning files and need to re-do the app, I have deleted your app from App buildeer and reset your serial key. Go ahead and build the app again.
