My Previews Are Generated w/ Aliasing... Is this normal?

      Hey everyone,

I'm working on a kinetic typography project and while I'm working, I'm noticing that all of my previews (both in RAM preview and normal ones) have aliasing on the edges of the letters... obviously, this can't exist in the final video.

Is this normal for After Effects or will it output w/ aliasing?  The continuously rasterize button is on for all layers (also, how do you turn it on/off?  I assume it's on b/c the icon is there, and not blank as I would expect if it were off).

I know my machine isn't the greatest for After Effects... is that the problem?  If so, will it be fixed on render?  Is there any way I can render at highest quality, even if it takes a super long time?

      Thanks for the time.
