Activate CS3 license

I am using CS3 license for Windows XP and now updated OS from WinXp to Windows 7, i uninstalled this license from Windows XP and use this serial to install for Windows 7 successful, after i choice ativate it and see greating "TOO MANY ACTIVATION". Please help me activate this license. Thanks,

I plan to upgrade my motherboard. I will attempt to deauthorize CS3 before making the swap. Fair to assume I will also need to contact tcssup@adobe.com in order to re-authorize?

Is there a way to view authorization status to make sure the de-authorization worked? Under my products i can see the ser number and registration date, but not authorizations.

We need to decode the Serial Number for your product and then we can check both Activation and Deactivation status.
