I am wondering how to deactivate my products from a computer that is no longer available to me. My harddrive had to be replaced and I need to deactivate my products so that I can use them w/out limitations on my new harddrive.
Hi. This happened to me as well. Your best bet is to contact Adobe Support. They will deactivate it on all PCs so that you can start again.
As mentioned above, please contact customer support (http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html) so that they can deactivate your software.
