    IE pages jumps

      When I view this page http://dpete.net/chick/index.html in FF it works fine but in IE the page jumps and does not show the top half of the border. click home and fabrics buttons. to see what I mean.

          The page behaves identically for me in FF2/IE6/IE7, but at 239.5K it's a bit
          heavy, so it loads stepwise and slowly. I do not see 'jumping' unless that
          slow loading is what you are describing.
