Well, something is wrong somewhere. You haven't given us much to go on, though.
Sorry for the delay, but in typical fashion Premiere stoped crashing... until now.
Running Premiere Pro CS6.0.2
Macbook pro 15"
500gb SATA Disk
2.3GHz Intel Core i7
16gb 1600MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 4000 384mb
I save the project. close it. and get the folllowing error message:
"Sorry, a serious error has occurred that requires Adobe Premiere Pro to shut down. We will attempt to save your current project."
I do not do Mac, and that message does not give much to work with, but a couple previous messages that may help... IF this is a permissions problem

I had the same issue, ran Disk Utility on my Mac to repair permissions and all seems well now.
