your 'pageItem' is the frame. Once you have Placed something in that frame, you can refer to it by "pageItem.graphics". So "pageItem.verticalScale = 90" should be "pageItem.graphics.verticalScale = 90".

I had to do the same last week.
This worked for me, but please check, I am quit new in scripting.
myImage is a frame
img = myImage.place(File(the image));
Then you have to select what is in the frame
and use a relative move
Hope this will work for you
Note that the place() method returns an array, therefore you problably need:
var img = pageItem.place(File(imagePath+name)); // Testing... // Fill proportionally // --- img.fit(FitOptions.FILL_PROPORTIONALLY); // Basic rescale (75% of the current size) // --- img.resize( CoordinateSpaces.innerCoordinates, AnchorPoint.topLeftAnchor, ResizeMethods.MULTIPLYING_CURRENT_DIMENSIONS_BY, [.75,.75] ); // Center in the frame // --- img.fit(FitOptions.CENTER_CONTENT); // Etc.
stephen0218, this worked well for resizing the image and showed me how to access the graphics. Thanks!
willypeeters, this helped me move the image into place using:
