    Saving changes\ sending completed form


      I recently replaced a Change of status form, we use for terminations, demotions, ect with a new adobe form. its saved in a public place but when our managers fill the form out they arent able to send the completed form.(error says you cannot save or send the text in form, only a blank copy)  I think its possiblty something with permissions, but I am new to adobe, and cant figure it out! Please help me.
