    Screen freezes on launch - is this a known problem?

      iPhone 4S running iOS 6.1.2 - have reinstalled the app a couple of times.

          Hi Alex,

           

          I've heard of that happening on the tablet version but not on the phone. Have you tried completely powering the phone all the way off and back on again? It is just staying on the blue screen that says Photoshop Touch correct? The phone has internet connectivity when launching right? - I assume so since you reinstalled but just making sure.

            Thanks Dave,

             

            I saw the tablet issues, and tried the various fixes on those threads, but no joy. Tried powering on/off too.

             

            I do have internet connectivity, but now you mention it I'm also having issues with a greyed out Wifi button (apparently fairly common) - phone's about to go into repair for that issue, which I guess may be causing a conflict. Will try again when I get it back from the shop.

              Have you tried to reboot your device? Normally  reinstalling from iTunes helps.

                Hi David,

                In a Galaxy Note II  Android 4.1 the app freezes in the blue "Photoshop Touch" screen, It was working ok, then i moved it to the SD card and the problem occurred, moved again to the internal memory, but problem continues . . .

                Is there a way to reinstall to try to correct the problem?

                The app was downloaded, and I dont know if its in the memory or do I have to uninstall from the Google Play site . . . If so how can it be done without having to pay again . . .

                Hi Again!

                 

                Based on your responses to another question on this thread; I went to Google Play and uninstalled, powered the phone off, then on again and reinstalled from the above mentioned site (learnt that they have a log of the apps you buy so you dont have to pay again) and so far, every thing is working out fine again . . . !!

                 

                I love this app!!!

                  Do you have enough free storage. You can just uninstall the app and reinstall via the play app.
