    Load Project Issue

    jrd76

        Using Premiere Pro CS6

Brand New iMac 3.4 GH.z Intel Core i7

      8GB 1600 MHz DDR3

External Lacie d2 USB3 Thunderbolt Series 3TB HD

      Here is my issue:

I started a fresh project on a brand new iMac running Premiere Pro CS6. Imported all the media (about 61GB of Footage and Audio) and began assembling the sequences. This is the third day I've been working on this project. Yesterday, I began to notice that it was taking a littel longer to auto save. I didnt think much of it. This morning, I tried to open the project but it kept lagging with minimal progress. I couldnt get it to open. Has anyone else had this same issue?

Also, the last auto save is missing half of the sequences that I finished up before I saved and left for the day.

Haven't had that exact issue, but I have had project corriuption issue in the past, for no apparent reason. Perhaps can use copy/paste or, if it's a complex project, the prject manager to make a new instance of it which won't be corrupt.
