whenever i run BridgeTalk.getTargets() in extended script toolkit cs6 i get this output "ame,bridge,estoolkit,exman,flashbuilder,indesign,switchboard" here acrobat is not listed thats why i am not able to use acrobat in indesign scripting

Acrobat has its own rich API (and has done for many years befor Bridge). Please download the Acrobat SDK for details.
Sorry boss you are not getting my point in context of my problem .
I don't see a way to cross-automate the two products in this way, since they use different interfaces. Bridge is not how you automate Acrobat.
