in your first example, your tweens are losing scope in the finito function and rt will be the last defined tween. so, you're left with one raindrop tweening.
to remedy, give your tweens different names.
p.s. there's no need to repeatedly define finito().
You're right, it's a scope problem, this (code below) solves the problem.
I meant i tried pushing the reference into arrays, and still failed - but I must have done other errors.
But why is it working in AS2?
But then again AS2 is history, so who cares :)
it works in as2 because the onMotionFinished method references the tween. ie, you need to repeatedly define those onMotionFinished methods because they are all different.
I think there is a bug with the tween class of as2 when loaded in as3 environment.
Tween class sometimes fails when loaded in AS3 environment. Very inconsistent.
Can anyone confirm this?
i don't see a problem.
duh, that not what i asked!
ok no, noone can confirm this. jerk.
I asked this question because i spent 2 days to find out the Error mentioned. It was a purposeful question. During my research I've encountered many people had asked the same question.
Look, if you can't confirm it, then say you "don't know". It wouldn't hurt your reputation. You don't have to call names.
have a nice day.
my statement is accurate: i don't see a problem. i didn't say there is no problem.
your "duh" was insulting and was intended to insult.
aww, how sensitive of you.
so if i am a jerk by saying "duh",
then what are you by saying "jerk" ?
i was looking for some help with tween class beacuse i have a strange problem. I'm working with AS3, when i test my project, sometimes de Tween fails, sometimes it does not fails. It's really strange, i don't know why. The animation stops in a wrong point. The most strange for me is why sometimes it works and sometimes no?! Really strange...
My code is geting a little complex, then i tried to do the same process in a simple model, and the result was the same, in 5 ou 3 % of the teste the animation does not finish. Does anybody with the same problem?
Thanks in advanced!
