Hi All,
We are running Adobe Design Studio CS3 on Win7 64bit machine.
The applications were fine for a long time then recently they have started to crash alot, I have included
the two event logs that we receive (bottom of page)
When it doesnt completely crash I get the message:
"You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair this problem by uninstalling the product and reinstalling this product or by contacting your IT administrator or Adobe support."
We have uninstalled and reinstalled as many as 5 times already and cannot tolerate any more wasted time.
Adobe support were obviously of no help and told me the product was too old to help with, I should have known from
the last two issues we have had that they could not help with. I will blog about my disappoinments later though not here!
The event logs (x2 different ones):

It looks like you are using server-based user profiles in a domain, which is/ was never officially supported by any Adobe apps and can cause all sorts of issues when the licensing system or the programs themselves try to store config data. Make the profiles local.

Update: So far using the link provided - I checked all the applications in the suite until I found one that gave me the deactivate option on the license.
I deactivated the machine properly and uninstalled the entire suite again. I have now reinstalled the suite excluding - CUE as per the link.
We are running two other machines with the same setup but different licenses on the domain fine. The profiles are local (on the machine) but their authorisation to the network are controlled by a DC
So far so good I will keep you updated...
Thanks you for your responses so far!

Unfortunateley that was the first thing I did, I got passed through two different guys and explained the story twice to be told that live chat support is only for the latest version of the adobe suite and that I would need to use the community forums for help.
Needless to say my response to this was less than polite!
Anyone have an email address for adobe support?

sorry about that. i see in your first message you mentioned you already went that route.
you're going to get the same response via email, chat and phone.
between any of your previous uninstalls and re-installs did you run the adobe cs cleaner and clear your preferences? if not, you should give that a try:
unintall
run the cleaner: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
make sure your preferences have been cleared: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/remove-creative-suite-3-preferences.html
then reinstall
pray
