    Getting billed twice

      I signed up for basic service this past October, and I'm billed on the 26th of each month.  On December 31st, I paid $143.88 and upgraded to the annual Premium plan.  I am still being charged for the monthly basic service at $14.99/mo.   I see that I can turn off the auto-renewal (I would have thought this automatic when I upgraded), but I'm concerned that by cancelling one of the two open accounts, that somehow my entire account will stop functioning and I'll lose my forms.


      What would be great would be a refund for the past two or three months on the basic service and ensurance that I won't be charged again until my annual renewal a the end of the year.
