Installing Flash Player on Android Phone.

Hi,  I have a HTC one xl Android Phone and am trying to install Flash Player,  I have not got flash player in my App store.   Can someone help me please,  and when I try to download it asks me,  what operatating System, do I have Windows or Mac.  Which is neither!!!!
