Flash Player

I installed Flash Player 11 in November 2012 and then upgraded to from Windows Vista to Windows 7.  In the process of upgrading, Flash Player was moved to Windows.old.  Now, I cannot use FP 11, and web pages that require it to run won't work.  How can I correct this?
