I routinely have multiple page pdfs that I need to sign each page. How do I set up my signature/ security preferences so I only need to verify ALL signatures once when I'm complete? I currently verify each time I sign, which for these bigger files has become very time consuming. I've tried reading the help but it all sounds greek to me...
There is something absolutely, fundamentally wrong if you are using a digital signature over and over. A signature applies to the entire document, by definition. It doesn't even have to be visible on any page at all.
If you are also working with a paper workflow that needs to see a signature on all pages consider doing that with a stamp THEN adding a signature.
