I'm originally from the UK and have been based in Malaysia for 8 years. I became a Premium partner earlier this year to serve the Malaysian market and am really enjoying the ride so far. I see a number of partners requesting development resources and would like to make you aware of my other business that builds and manages dedicated offshore development teams for UK and US companies. As a UK led company based in Malaysia you get to deal with someone at the top who understands what you're asking for and can make sure the right things happen within your offshore team (whether it's 1 engineer or a larger team). I have built teams that have worked on major development projects for companies like NEC, Hitachi GST, Network Appliance, LaCie and IBM, and a lot of this included development of embedded web enabled products. All of the teams I have built were integrated with core teams in the UK and US, so I'm very used to working with remote core teams.
Although I focus on software development, I can build just about any offshore team you'd need, be it support, marketing, or whatnot.
