I think it would be a nice feature to have to be able to add Scout "bookmarks" from code. Maybe it could use traces to do that (so no extra classes have to be added). Something like:
That trace would be interpreted by Scout while running, and then a bookmark with that name ("MyBookmark") would be added to a Bookmarks panel in Scout when that trace is executed.
Then, when selecting that bookmark, Scout would jump to the appropriate frame.
This can be helpful to avoid having to manually search in thousands of frames. Currently, I use the "Stage3D Rendering" and "DisplayList Rendering" tabs as a guide, but it's not as convenient.
Also, is it possible to have Scout work with breakpoints?

I'm not sure what you mean by supporting breakpoints - Scout isn't a debugger, and it doesn't have access to your source code.
