If this does not resolve your problem I will need more detail, please provide a screenshot of the problem of one of the five respondents who are not able to submit.
Does the form have Attachement Fields? And are the 5 people unable to respond using Internet Explorer?
We are looking into a issue that some Internet Explorer filler are running into.
If this is the case they can try to submit using a different browser for now.
it seems like anyone with windows 10 is unable to complete the form, you click on submit, but nothing happens, and now even the test form I use is useless, as I have windows 10, and cannot submit anything. Help?
The problem is with IE 10 Browser Mode / Document Mode. We will fix this problem in a future release.
In the meantime, here is a workaround:
While viewing the form in IE 10, press the F12 key.
From the Developer Tools window, select Browser Mode: Internet Explorer 10, and Document Mode: Standards
Close the Developer Tools window
Your form should now work properly
I am having the same issue. I am a first time user. My director tested a form and he cannot be submitted in Intenet Explorer 10. The majority of our staff has Internet Explorer 10 and a great majority of our customers do too. This is an issue and a huge consideration to not use Adobe Forms Central. Are there "simple" instructions I can provide to the user for internet explorer 10? Also, when is the new release rolling out?
Not all of our customers are tech savvy.
I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with FormsCentral. The earlier Internet Explorer 10 issue was fixed and released in april.
Does the form never work in IE 10? Does the form work in other versions of IE?
Does the form look correct? When you say the form cannot be submitted, what do you mean? Did anything happen when the submit button was pressed?
Can you send me the link to your form so that I can take a closer look? You an post the link here or use the 'Send as Email' Action to send the link to firstname.lastname@example.org.
