Page won't load

I am running windows 7 Home Premium on a Dell laptop computer.  I use Firefox 19.0.2.  I am trying to access the Adobe flash download page at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ but the page will not load at all.  The little circle just spins and spins.  This started this morning and is still an issue for me tonight.  I am having issues with numerous flash crashes playing Facebook games, but I can't seem to download the latest flash player since the page never loads.
