Flash Player not working after install Internet Explorer 10

I have tried several attempts at installing and unistalling Flash Player.  I have used the data base provided to trouble shoot the issue with no success.  Yes I have done everything suggested by Adobe to no avail.

Which Windows are you using ?

Do you see Flash cube bounching on this page : http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

Make sure "Shockwave Flash Object" is enabled under Add-ons (Tools -> Manage Add-ons) and ActiveX Filtering is disabled (Tools -> Security)
