I have installed the newest versionof Flash Player and all updates. But, I keep receiving error mes

Error messages about licensing expired.  Sometimes I am allowed to print, but sometimes not.  I uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled, but problem not going away.

Can you give us the complete error message you are receiving and what program you are using when this occurs?  You shouldn't be getting messages about expiring licenses from Flash Player itself.
