Adobe Digital Editions Download Problem

I have a Pandigital SEC 6410 ANDROID.  To use the e-reader I have first to download Adobe Digital Editions.  Got this downloaded onto my PC ok but I cannot activate it via USB cable onto my Android. Tried several times but I seem to be missing something. HELP!

Does the tablet show up as a drive?

Does the tablet show up as a device under ADE?

Can you install the Bluefire app on the Android?  That should allow you to register/activate your AdobeID, and to download and read Adobe DRM books; no need for ADE.

Or the Overdrive app if you want to access library books.
