No reply to my question!

Why is it that every other question has been answered on the subject of problems downloading flashplayer for Mac but not mine? I even emailed two staff members about the problem.  Please..can someone respond?

I apologize that I didn't respond your post last night.  It's very odd that the download button didn't appear for you.  I'm going to let the team responsible for that page know, in the meantime, can you try installing from this location?
