1. Re: Does any body knows how to detect the resolution of an inserted image in word?
RoboColum(n) Mar 14, 2013 7:26 AM (in response to Shaheedz)The resolution depends on many factors including the screen resolution of the screen used to capture it and the compression of the file type used to save the image as.

Peter Grainge Mar 17, 2013 3:14 AM (in response to Shaheedz)Right click the image in Word and click Save As Picture.
Open the image in whatever graphics program you use or in Windows Picture Viewer. Via the Properties there you should be able to view the dimensions.

4. Re: Does any body knows how to detect the resolution of an inserted image in word?
Shaheedz Mar 17, 2013 11:42 PM (in response to Peter Grainge)Mr Peter,
it has a problem that the images are compressed to resolution lower than the original inserted one "give it try insert a known resolution image save and close the word"

5. Re: Does any body knows how to detect the resolution of an inserted image in word?
Peter Grainge Mar 18, 2013 1:24 AM (in response to Shaheedz)I'm not sure I understand your reply but when you insert images into Word that are larger than will fit on the page, they are automatically compressed. If you right click and select Size and Position you can restore it to 100% but you will not see all the image.
