i would like to cancel my Revel subscription immeadiatley. I want a refund for this year (which i just signed up for a few days ago. The porogram clearly does not deliver what it was marketed as and I can not get a simple tech question answered. my log on is email@example.com. I can't tell you how surpised I am that Adobe would design such a bad product.
Did you sign up for the subscrption thru the Ipad or thru Adoberevel.com? Please see FAQ: How to uninstall & cancel subscriptions for Adobe Revel
If you purchased thru the Ipad/Iphone then you would need to get the refund thru Apple. We are sorry that you are not happy with the Revel service.I would be happy to answer any questions that you would have about Revel.
I did it through adobe.com<http://adobe.com>. I was only able to change the auto renewal. I'd like to cancel outright and get a refund but there is no option for that under my account settings
