conroy Mar 15, 2013 12:25 PM (in response to perfectblue)Photoshop can convert a selection to a vector path but the result will be nowhere near as good as tracing by hand. Try it to see, though. With the selection active, right-click on it and pick "Make Work Path..." from the menu.
Fortunately, your logo shouldn't need manual tracing with Pen Tool. It looks very easy to reconstruct with Ellipse Tool and Rectangle Tool in Path mode or Shape mode and some tweaking with Direct Select Tool. As long as you have the typeface, you won't need to trace the FFH.

conroy Mar 15, 2013 1:03 PM (in response to perfectblue)Give the window subpaths a negative combining mode to cut them out of the house. Select the entire path then add black Solid Color Fill Layer to make a black vector Shape layer.
