Finally, after reading the FAQ more than one time I made the migration from adobephotoshop.com to Revel. The migration went well, and the confirmation E Mail was received that had information about Revel and all of the good things coming my way. After more FAQ reading I wanted to import from my iPhone5 to Revel. I opened the Revel app on my iPhone5 and clicked on select all and the import began. Not long after the import process began, it suddenly stopped. Not sure why. The only thing that comes to mind is maybe the 50 photo per month limit may be the reason the import process stopped. While reading the FAQ I found that for the first 30 days after migrating to Revel there was an unlimited amount of photos that one could import. Is this correct?
If someone could shed some light on my issue, please feel free. Any helpful information would be appreciated.
You should not have a limit the first 30 days. Give it some time for the first import. It is better if you are on wifi than using phone service, due to transfer speed. I don't know how many photos you have, but it can take some time. Let us know if they do not complete later.
I have resolved my import issue with the iPhone5/Revel. My resolution was a reboot of the phone. After the reboot all worked as described in the FAQ.
Great, I'm glad it all works.
