PDF Review document question - TOC and Page Numbers

When I generate a PDF Review document it includes neither the TOC nor page numbers. Is there a setting I've neglected to use to have these included?

Hi there

I'm unaware of any setting you may have missed.

There should be no need for these because when you bring the reviewed PDF back into RoboHelp, the associated topics may be opened from the Review pod and you may locate items in the TOC from within RoboHelp.

Thanks for the reply Rick, I wanted to share the document with someone who did not have RoboHelp so the TOC and page numbers would have been helpful. I think my best option will be to use the Printed Documentation once I get my Word version issue corrected.
