Yuo can buy a Creative Cloud subscription on an annual or month-to-month basis. The annual price is the cheapest of the 2 options.

Possibly not everythinbg but it will certianly be way faster than say starting from scratch. How much conversion and how much extra work you do will vary from project to project so it's difficult to say it will work perfectly with everything.
