Quaterly Folio Options

we have a pro account. I have a client that want to put out an app or folio quarterly. However they do not want to pay for downloads. So they are asking to submit a new app each quarter. So I cant create a multi folio. My question is that if we send a new app to apple every quarter will we have to rename it each time? if we do then what issues may we encounter?

Anyone deal with this issue before?

You'll have to have a different name, but it should be able to be the name of the magazine with the issue number.

There shouldn't be any problems with the approval process, but I could see Apple getting picky about periodicals going into Newsstand in the future.

If they do and I hve to go in newsstand is there a way to do that without being charged downloads?

No. You cannot put single editions into Newsstand.
