Buy a second license and move all your files over to this second system.
You are allowed to install Premiere on a second system with the one licence, but you are not allowed to use both instances at the same time. So as Harm says, you would have to buy a second licence to achieve this legitimately.
So there is no export to network type option. I can record in something other than Premiere and just move the files over to the other system for editting and encoding then. If I could do it directly from Premiere export I wouldn't have any issue with paying for 2 licenses if it did it directly. Thanks for both of your quick responses.
No current version of Premiere works properly, if at all, over a network
-you may NOT "map" your My Documents folder to a network drive
-you MUST give all users administrator accounts to use Premiere
-and especially Encore dual layer http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395
-#5 Server 2008 is UNsupported http://forums.adobe.com/thread/851602
-a work around, of sorts http://forums.adobe.com/thread/957523
-and not on a "domain" http://forums.adobe.com/thread/858977
Someday, time unknown, this will be the solution
