We can't help you without some system information and a better description of what actually doesn't seem to be working...
I use a Dell Pc, Windows 7 Enterprise. I have Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6 installed.
All the program were working fine until yesterday that i tried opening a pdf file and it refused to open.
I tried double clicking the Adobe X pro icon on my desktop but it is not loading.
Moving this discussion to the Acrobat Installation & Update issues. Stealthart if you look at your event viewer do you see any specific error messages?
