There's no way to know why your movie is playing slowly without seeing the original file. Does the movie play correctly when authoring in Director? Is there something different from your authoring computer and the computer that the finished movie is playing on?

            Hi,

Is the application 130MB in total or a single file? If it's a single file, it does
sound large and I'd suggest it be broken into smaller components that can be
linked to each other. There may be other ways your application can be optimized
for better playback. Could you describe in more detail exactly what you have in
            your application (images, video etc.)

            regards
