I made my app using Flash Pro for Android and Im trying to get advanced data hwne im running the app on my phone.
As of now im only able to enable advanced telemetry on the swf itself but what I really want is to enable advanced telemetry in the apk file when I publish my fla as AIR for Android.
Does anyone know a way to enable advanced telemetry for my apk file?
Enabling advanced telemetry on the swf is enough. You don't need to do anything for the apk.
However, you need to download the Android companion app to establish the connection with the machine that has Scout running.
Here is the link to the app on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.monocle.companion

The reason I wanted advanced telemetry in my APK file was to do advanced profiling when Im running my app on a mobile device.
(i.e. see which functions are slowing the game down when Im playing it on my Android phone)
Anyways I figured out how to do that by packaging the APK using ADT on the command line after enabling advanced telemetry on the swf.
(instead of republishing the FLA file in Flash Pro which will overwrite the swf with the default basic telemetry version)
Sorry if I didn't clearly describe what I want to achieve.
