When I open, say, 10 images at once, I see (10) individual "restore down" windows atop each other;
I then maximize top window & process; when I close top window:
in my CS1, next window=image auto-maximizes window & sliders will appear if I zoom to 100%
in my CS2, next window=image is still "restore down"
& I have to click windows upper right "Maximize" icon
That was a change in cs2, but you can work around it by opening your first image, hit the maximize button and then open the rest of your images and they will all be maximized.
And your on a windows system?
The change may have been done for better use of more than one monitor.
Meaning the documents windows can be outside of the photoshop workspace, unlike previous versions on windows.
You can also get all the open documents into full screen mode by shift clicking on the full screen button in the toolbox.
(just above the edit in imageready button)
Thanks! 10 points! Am trying it now.
