Hi. I'm using Indesign CS6 on Mac to create a shortish prose ebook. I want to be able to break pages at a specific point so that the reader has to actively turn the page, at the place I want, to read the next piece of text.
Previous ebooks I've made had multiple chapters. I assigned the chapter title a unique paragraph style and I 'split a document' using the chapter title. Which meant the finished ebook each chapter started on separate pages.
However I can't do this with this book because it will be using the same standard text paragraph style throughout. What can I do to separate the pages?
You’ll have to create a new style even if it’s identical to the others and apply it.
This thread is over two years old. Additionally, manual overrides in epub are highly discouraged.
