It kept crashing.  I disabled it then downloaded the lates version.  Still doesn't work.  I can't even see it on my system.

To help troubleshoot we'll need the following system information:

You mention that it keeps crashing.  What URL are you crashing on?  Have you tried other browsers?

          Thanks,

          Chris

Thanks, but that's just one of the five questions I asked   I'm going to assume you are on windows and that you might be running into a conflict with our Protected Mode which was introduced in Flash Player 11.4.  If you're up for it, I'd recommend trying out our 11.7 beta which addresses a number of issues with Flash Player in Firefox.

              3/26/2013 - Flash Player 11.7.700.150 Beta

If you still have issues, please try the troubleshooting steps outlined in this FAQ:

How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?

In particular, I'd recommend temporarily disabling protected mode (for troubleshooting purposes only) to see if that addresses the issue.

              Thanks,

              Chris

Know what?  I'm going to drop my computer off at my geek guys in town.  Apparently it can be kind of tricky.  I have a couple of "go to" guys in town that I deal with.  They're a little odd but really know their stuff.

Funny story - I Googled "trouble shooting Adobe Flash Player" and found some guy (sounded East Indian) - he wanted my credit card and guaranteed he'd fix it.  I laughed - told him I'd rather give the problem to someone I trusted.

                Thanks Chris
