It appears you're trying to download the Edge Inspect application. The apps are the same for free and paid, so if you already had a paid account you should just be able to run the app that you already had installed. Is there some reason you can't just use that?
Sorry, I should have specified this was on a different computer.
While I was able to find a workaround by searching Google (which provides the direct link to this page: https://creative.adobe.com/inspect), it doesn't solve the problem of why there isn't a way to access the download in a normal way via my account.
Is the new system Win XP or Vista? Edge Inspect doesn't work on those OSes, so that could be an explanation of why the icon didn't display.
It's an XP machine I was using to download for a Win7 virtual machine that was being configured. I suspected it might be that I was attempting to access with XP, but it's frustrating that there's no helpful guidance or recourse at all in that case, just running in circles.
I like Edge Inspect and will be re-subscribing through my work, but the experience for incompatible OSes needs some improvement.
Hi Square Cat,
FWIW, the whole team agrees with you, and we're pushing internally to improve that experience. Sorry for your trouble.
