Looks like I do not have any version of flashplayer installed ! Tried to download with SAME result
This is what I see
First screen below.
I then close internet explorer
Then I see the top screen.
I then delete all files with brccmctl, and I keep coming back to the top screen. So flashplayer cannot load.
I had flashplayer before and nothing has changed to my knowledge.
Now I have even lost the version I had, when I tried to download this new one
Ok, thank you. What you'll want to try next is opening up your task manager, then looking for all instances of "brccmctl" and "iexplorer" under the process tab. Once found, right click and select "end task". Once all entries have been removed, try installing again.
OK, that seemed to have worked, but then I try to open the document, and it tells me to get Flashplayer again !
And I cannot see flashplayer anywhere in my program files
Flash Player is actually located in the following locations (if you are on a 32bit system, it's just in the first folder. If you are on a 64 bit system it'll be in both.)
What type of document are you opening that is requesting Flash Player? This isn't happening in your browser?
Thanks very much for your suppport. Yes, Flashplayer is there.
I am trying to open a Jacquie Lawson Easter Card.
Still no success.
I have to go now, but thanhs again for your support.
Does this easter card open in a web browser?
Yes it does, Chris
