Ever since installing the latest verson of Flash Player, all videos come up as blocked plug-in on my MacBook Pro.  What is the problem?

It sounds like you don't have the latest version installed.  Safari will block out of date versions of Flash Player.  Please download the installer from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer and install again.
