That would bhe dependent on your settings. If you have auto-hide enabled in teh program's menau or your global system settings, it will behave as described. Simply turn it off.
Thanks for the reply. I have been trying to figure this out for like a month, of course as soon as I ask the question, I find the answer in another post. Turns out I just had to change the window view. Found it looking for a way to move the program to another screen.
