I don't read, write or speek French, but I think I understand your question.
The Adobe license allows and keeps track of two installations. When both are used, further installations are denied.
On the Help Menu is the choice "Deactivate". If you select that on the "old" computer, it will release one licensed use for the "new" computer.
If you do not have access to the computer or the computer itself failed, contacting Adobe support will fix the problem. Please understand this forum is only users that share help. Actual Adobe employees rarely visit here.
