Cannot install Captivate 6 monthly subscription

Hello, I have a new Captivate 6 monthly subscription, but cannot download the system as I do not see the link next to my order. If I try to enter the subscription into my test version, it says there is no subscription found under my account. Could you please help me? Thanks, Sandra
