I have looked into it but I cannot figure it out. was so simple in 8.. No idea why it needed to be made more complicated. Do you know how to set up an action that will place a watermark on every file in a folder without having to open them?

I have 3 folders
Each folder has a file name that is the same in each - so for a produxt called XYZ the file names are XYZ in each folder

Still playing with the action options but sincerely appreciate your help with the watermark.. just saved me days of work.
This could possibly be achieved with a script combined with an Action, but it's a complex operation.
