Looks good, except that the GTX 570 is now a generation old and might be hard to find new. It has effectively been replaced by the GTX 660 Ti. Also, go for 4 x 8 GB rather than 4 x 4GB if you're getting four sticks of RAM: Someday, you might want to upgrade to its maximum 32GB of RAM, and going with 4 x 4GB will require you to throw away all four of those sticks just to add more RAM.
Some additons to Randall's reply:
- Go for the 8 GB Ripjaws X modules. the Z series is intended for the X79 platform, whereas the X series is intended for the 1155 platform.
- Go for the GTX 650 Ti Boost video card. It is more than adequate for your CPU, anything more is overkill, unless you are going to overclock.
- For the SSD look at Corsair Neutron GTX 120 GB or the Samsung 840 Pro 128 GB.
No for the RAM: That particular kit is SO-DIMMs that are intended for laptop systems and will not even physically fit most desktop motherboards. In fact, that kit is completely incompatible with the motherboard that you chose.
And that GTX 660 Ti is a good choice if you intend to overclock the CPU. If you're not going to overclock, then go with Harm's suggestion of the GTX 650 Ti Boost (make sure that it specifically says "GTX 650 Ti Boost" and not just "GTX 650 Ti") or the non-Ti GTX 660.
You don't want LAPTOP memory on a DESKTOP system.
Thanks a lot
I didnt know that its a laptop Ram, I guess I take this 16 gb ?
I want to OC my CPU, so I should stay with the GPU I posted. Do you have a good cooler for the CPU I can get in Germany?
I already have a SSD, but thanks a lot.
Yes, that's the one.
Sry for my stupid questions, I just thought you meant another Graka with the gtx 660 ti, because there is one from asus too.
My system runs stabil now and all is quite good Thanks a lot for the help.
