I believe we've had people use both Greensock and Animate on the same animation. You'll need to load the JS in the Edge Animate project if you're embedding the project as an iframe, but that's all the magic you'll need to do. You can also use jQuery APIs, as we reference a local version of jQuery in our runtime.
Once the .js files are properly included using Yepnope in the document.compositionReady actions it seems to work well. Then just a couple of lines of code gets it going on a symbol or symbol element
I have managed to get my project working quite well now. Also Chris Gannon on his site (example: http://chrisgannon.wordpress.com/2012/09/27/3d-card-flip-using-adobe-edge-animate-and-gree nsock-timelinemax/ ) has some good examples of combining Edge Animate with Greensock including source files to see how it was done. The 3D extensibility is excellent. Now just the data link-up to do
Glad to hear you got it working!
